Great Quote...

I found this quote by Roger Staubach and I think it is great:

"Success in sales starts with believing that what you promise will be delivered."

This is so true and I know that we at PMI believe this statement to be true. We stive to make sure that we are always delivering what we promise. Whether it is a residential homeowner or a commerical builder, we will always strive to make sure we deliver on our promises. I know that we have had customers in the past that we did not start out the job on the best foot. But by the time we completed the work, I know that most of these customers have been satisfied. Our mission statements speaks to this thought also:

PMI will meet the needs of each customer with the highest quality products and service. We will make decisions in the best interest of our customers while striving for 100% Customer Satisfaction.
